Experienced individuals, preferably CIOB, APM or RICS qualified required to manage a range of landmark schemes ranging in value from £1million to £70million. Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required and excellent salary and benefits offered in return plus being part of a high calibre and friendly team. Individuals would be based in either Birmingham or Leicester. Projects are currently located in Bristol, Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester and Essex amongst others.
