LMP have a team of experienced Cost Managers who are responsible for the effective financial control of each project.

Initially this involves the preparation of a project cost plan which robustly reflects the project brief.

Costs are subsequently managed during the design process using design audit and change control systems.

We provide properly researched advice on procurement strategy which reflects the most effective strategy rather than just the most convenient.

In the post contract phase a full system of cost management is utilised along with concise and accurate cost reporting in line with (and tailored to) the Client's own systems.

Close liaison with the design and construction team is a critical part of our service.

Our key objective is to manage project costs so that our Clients achieve optimum and predictable value for money and are fully appraised of the anticipated project out turn costs at all stages.
