‘LMP Site’ is a recent addition to the LMP Consultants range of services.
Recognising some of the Quality issues being encountered across the industry with, in particular Design and Construct forms of procurement, LMP are assembling a team of highly experienced Quality Managers.
Their role is to act on behalf of Employers operating in a site based capacity, carrying out site inspections and advising on quality issues from commencement of construction until Practical Completion.
It has become noticeable that within the industry “snagging” has become more and more of an issue.
‘LMP Site’ is our response to addressing this issue drawing on the skills and knowledge of highly experienced construction people, usually ex site managers or finishing foremen to add maximum value to the construction process and assist in achieving the serious and important aim of zero defects.
