LMP Consultants have been appointed by Malachi Community trust in partnership with Birmingham City Council to project manage the development of a community Hub building in Billesley, Birmingham. The project will facilitate a multi-agency approach to child and family support and could serve as a flagship model for a series of such enterprises. LMP Consultants have also been appointed to carry out master programming duties for significant campus based projects for Aston University. The commission has included departmental liaison and the development of a rolling relocation strategy for numerous academic and business units.
